TherAnnu Restorative Spa is seeking two friendly, dependable and energetic Client Service Specialists (CSS) for our new Odenton location. TherAnnu is a physical therapy-led restorative spa offering science-backed, noninvasive services that support healing, recovery and whole-body wellness. Our Odenton location offers massage therapy, physical therapy and dry needling, stretch therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen and other restorative wellness services. This is an active, hands-on position. The right candidates should enjoy staying busy, being on their feet, helping clients, preparing wellness services, completing laundry and keeping the spa clean, calm and welcoming. About the Position As a Client Service Specialist, you will help guide clients through their TherAnnu experience. You will prepare wellness service areas, assist clients with recovery technologies, complete room turnovers and laundry, and help keep the spa running smoothly. You will frequently interact with clients throughout their visits, so a warm personality, positive attitude and reliable presence are essential. This is not a seated front desk position. This role requires being on your feet for most of the shift and staying actively involved in client support, service setup, cleaning, laundry and daily spa flow. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and help them feel comfortable and cared for Guide clients through wellness services such as infrared sauna, red light therapy, mild hyperbaric oxygen and other recovery services Learn and confidently explain TherAnnu's wellness services Prepare service areas and equipment before appointments Assist clients with entering, exiting and using services as appropriate Confirm that required consent forms have been completed Follow all established safety and service protocols Answer basic service questions and refer clinical questions to the appropriate provider Set timers, document client preferences and monitor service flow Keep services moving and help appointments remain on schedule Reset and sanitize service areas between clients Complete laundry throughout the shift, including washing, drying, folding and restocking linens Keep the spa clean, stocked and organized Assist therapists and other team members with linens, supplies and operational needs Communicate client needs or concerns to the front desk, providers and management Complete assigned opening or closing responsibilities Help wherever needed to maintain a smooth and welcoming client experience What We're Looking For A genuinely friendly, warm and professional personality Someone who is highly reliable and takes attendance seriously A positive, energetic person who enjoys helping others Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures and service protocols Willingness to complete laundry, cleaning and room-turnover responsibilities Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team Comfort with standing and walking for most of the shift Ability to bend, complete room turnovers and lift up to 20 pounds Previous customer service experience preferred Wellness, spa, fitness, hospitality or healthcare experience is a plus Available Schedules We are hiring two employees for separate, fixed weekly schedules. Wednesday:

8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Position 2 — Approximately 19 Scheduled Hours per

Week Tuesday:

3:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Thursday:

2:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

Saturday:

8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Meal breaks will be provided as applicable. Applicants must be able to commit consistently to all shifts within their selected schedule.
