Flexible scheduling with rotating weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional, warm, and welcoming experience for all members and guests from arrival to departure. Promote and sell Lifestyle Membership Programs, gift cards, and service enhancements. Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate daily client flow. Educate guests on the health and wellness benefits of regular massage and skincare treatments. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a clean, inviting spa environment. Qualifications & Skills Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for customer service and team collaboration. Driven self-starter with excellent multitasking and communication skills. Basic computer literacy (experience with Zenoti software is a major plus!). Availability to work evenings and weekends (required).
