We're looking for passionate, motivated professionals to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced licensed stylist looking to build your clientele or a licensed assistant eager to grow under seasoned professionals, we'd love to meet you. What We're Looking For Licensed Hair Stylists Active New York Cosmetology License Strong cutting, coloring, and styling skills Excellent communication and customer service Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Passion for continued education and staying current with trends Existing clientele is a plus, but not required Licensed Hair Assistants Active New York Cosmetology License Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable assisting with color applications, shampoos, blowouts, and salon support Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Desire to grow into a full-time stylist Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through finish. Perform or assist with color services, haircuts, blowouts, treatments, and styling. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Support the team and contribute to a positive salon culture. Recommend professional retail products when appropriate. Stay up to date with industry trends and education.
