Job Description

Job Overview The Blue Giraffe Day Spa & Salon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our team. As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our spa. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness, laundering and assisting guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a can-do attitude. Working quickly and efficiently is a requirement of this position. Detail orientation is a must. •We are looking for afternoons 1:00PM-7:30PM as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts. Many hours available for the right candidate!•

Duties:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms. Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists. Launder, disinfect, vacuum and bring trash out. Receive and unbox packages while maintaining supply chain documentation. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment. Perform all duties in accordance with spa and attending policies.

Qualifications:

Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to follow cleanliness and laundering protocols. Communicate thoroughly and regularly with management, front desk and technicians as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Reliable transportation to work.

The attending role is largely back of house but you will be working directly with clients as well. Training is provided. Bring your can-do attitude!
