Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Waxing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair removal techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality waxing services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Duties Perform body waxing services, including but not limited to legs, arms, underarms, and Brazilians. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Utilize salon software, such as Fresha, to manage appointments and client records efficiently. Educate clients on post-wax care and recommend appropriate products for skin maintenance. Assist with retail sales of waxing aftercare products to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics. Proficiency in body waxing techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards. Ability to work flexible hours.
