Kennel Technician Do you love animals and are interested in working in an environment where your passion and talents are greatly valued? We are seeking several kennel technicians to work in a hospital setting and care for dogs and cats alike. Nolensville Veterinary Hospital believes in investing in our staff members to create a long-term team that enjoys working together to provide a pleasant, productive, and rewarding environment!
About Us:
Nolensville Veterinary Hospital has been serving the community since 1983. Currently a 5-doctor practice, we are growing our team of veterinarians as well as technicians and support staff. We offer a variety of services, digital full body & dental radiographs, orthopedic & soft tissue surgeries, ultrasound & echocardiograms, endoscopy, cold laser therapy, vaccinations, and preventative care. We are now expanding our services to include boarding! Our team promotes a safe environment to not only ask questions but also voice your opinion. We want to know your thoughts, ideas, questions, and suggestions! Join our team as we are committed to having a positive influence in the lives of our patients and clients.Job Responsibilities:
- Walking, feeding, charting, logging, and medicating any boarding or hospitalized patients in the facility
- Cleaning and sanitizing all treatment areas, exam rooms, kennels, and reception areas
- Restocking all hospital supplies in treatment areas and exam rooms
- Ensuring patient comfortability, cleanliness, and safety while boarding/resting in kennels
- Monitor patient status and bring attention to doctor for unusual actions or eliminations
- Collect appropriate samples as instructed by doctors
- Assist with canine and feline restraint
- Laundry protocol
- Proper kennel set up and maintenance sanitaztion What to

Anticipated Schedule:
- Weekend morning and evening shifts as needed
Compensation:
- Here at Nolensville , we do not believe in a standard starting rate of pay, we believe that each team member should be compensated based on their knowledge, skills, and experiences.
