This is a dynamic role where your primary day-to-day focus will be managing the reception area, creating a joyful environment for families, greeting guests, taking phone calls, and keeping the salon running smoothly for our stylists.

We are currently expanding to launch our new Kids Spa and Birthday Party packages! We are looking for someone who would love to assist with, or even step up as, the Head Party Coordinator for these events—which comes with a bonus per party.
Schedule & Availability Primary Shifts:
Friday through Sunday help.
Flexible Option:
We are also open to candidates who can start with just Sundays for now.
Future Party Availability & Flexibility:
We are still in the early planning stages for our birthday and spa party packages, so the exact timing for those events is still up in the air. Once launched, parties may take place during regular business hours, after-hours in the evenings, or potentially other days as bookings pick up. We are looking for someone who is open and flexible to taking on these events—and adapting to their schedules—as we roll them out! Primary Duties (Front Desk Receptionist)
Customer Experience:
Warmly greet clients and their families, check them in, and maintain a high-energy, friendly atmosphere at the front desk.
Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls with exceptional etiquette to book, cancel, or change appointments.
Salon Support:
Keep the salon sparkling by handling regular daily cleaning of the space and managing salon laundry. Assist stylists as needed to ensure a seamless daily workflow. Bonus Duties (Upcoming / Optional Party Coordinator) Help assist with or fully coordinate and host upcoming kids' birthday and spa parties. Bring incredible energy, creativity, and fun to make every single celebration a great experience for the kids.
