As the Retail Attendant, you will assist our guests in finding the right gift, souvenir to capture their memory, or supplies to make your ride even brighter. Pay Rate- $20.00 an hour
Essential Job Functions:
Customer Service:
Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
Merchandising:
Responsible for maintaining and managing how merchandise in our market is displayed to drive both revenue and guest experience.
Loss Prevention:
Be aware of guests' behaviors and raise an alarm to the security team in the event of suspicious activity.
Communication:
Monitor and review all Brightline communication channels, including our company intranet, bConnected, during work hours to ensure all company and department communications and notifications are promptly reviewed. Your Qualifications:
You are a natural people person, comfortable with either retail, food, or beverage sales. Staying positive for hours on end (including in stressful times), you adapt your communication style to fit a diverse group of people. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and being on your feet for hours on end is something you are able to do. While you don't have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills. You are a minimum of 18 years old. You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
