QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Golf retail experience•minimum 1 year ( REQUIRED ) Customer service•minimum 1 year ( REQUIRED ) Interest and/or basic knowledge of the game of golf ( REQUIRED )

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for handling all outside services; this includes, but is not limited to: Greet and provide service to members and their guests to ensure high-level of satisfaction Perform point of sale transactions Stock merchandise in golf shop Handle all service requests by members, including riding cart rentals, tee time reservations and lesson requests; opening and closing of golf shop; maintaining cleanliness and order of golf shop and clubhouse areas This individual will work closely with Golf Professionals in implementing/staging of all programs, tournaments, outings and leagues Communicate pertinent member requests to Outside Operations staff Maintain a professional appearance, effective communication skills, and timely arrival for all shifts Other duties as assigned by Golf Professional staff Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
WORKING CONDITIONS A
combination of mostly indoor and occasional outdoor working conditions Ability to perform occasional manual labor, such as moving boxes and/or golf bags. Ability to arrange items in alphabetical, numerical, and subject order
