Start time is roughly 7:00 AM and end time is roughly 5:00 PM. We are looking for someone with a flexible
FULL TIME
schedule. We would love for this next hire to work 4 ten hour days each week. What does an Orange Coast Clean Technician do? We love our field techs, and we want to be sure that they are capable of the following: Responsible for floor cleaning (carpet, wood, tile, etc.) with equipment provided in residential homes and commercial properties. Responsible for being friendly, safe, and efficient in manner while in clients' homes. Orange Coast Clean team members must have a keen eye for safety and must be detail oriented. Effectively communicate with Clients and Manager. Evaluate each job site to make appropriate treatment recommendations. Operate cleaning equipment/machinery. (Training provided!) Perform challenging physical tasks throughout entire shift. Manage workload while maintaining your appointment schedule. Update Client and Manager of any schedule changes. Must be able to provide exceptional customer service. Must be able to safely lift 50-75lbs. Great attitude & cheerful disposition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and follow through. Effective time management. Valid driver's license for a minimum of two years, and clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to perform challenging physical tasks during entire shift. Prior to start date applicants will have to pass a background check.
