Job Description
Borden Pet Crematory and Memorial Service is seeking a compassionate, detail oriented individual to join our team. This role with combine exceptional customer service with supporting families during life's more difficult times. If you have strong organizational skills and the desire to make a difference, we'd love to meet you. What you'll do: Assist families with their selections of products and services available. Answer phone calls with empathy and professionalism Create personalized keepsakes such as paw prints, fur clippings, and other memorial items Maintain accurate records and ensure every pet is handled with the highest standards of respect. Intake pets from families allowing them the time and consideration they need. Coordinate the return of the pet after cremation Assist with the daily operation and cleanliness of the business The ability to lift and move pets of varying sizes and weights. Assistance if needed.
