What You'll Do Perform professional esthetic services including customized facials, body waxing, lash lifts and tints, body treatments, and additional services based on training and certification Conduct thorough consultations and create personalized treatment recommendations based on each guest's skin, concerns and goals Develop long-term treatment plans that support meaningful guest results Educate guests on professional skincare, home care and ongoing skin health Recommend retail products based on each guest's individual needs Create an exceptional, personalized guest experience from consultation through checkout Build strong relationships that encourage guest retention, referrals and rebooking Actively participate in promotions, events, referral opportunities and other initiatives designed to grow your clientele Participate in Revive's social media and content initiatives to help educate guests and build provider visibility Maintain exceptional sanitation, infection-control and treatment-room standards Participate in continued education, coaching and skill development Stay current on skincare products, treatments, techniques and industry advancements Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team culture Who We're Looking For Our ideal esthetician is: Currently licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an Esthetician in the State of Alaska Passionate about skincare, wellness and helping guests achieve results Motivated to actively build and retain a clientele Comfortable educating guests and making professional product and treatment recommendations Willing to participate in marketing, social media, promotions and referral-building activities Focused on rebooking and developing long-term guest relationships Dependable, professional and accountable Coachable and receptive to feedback Self-motivated while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team Excited about continued education and professional growth Newer Estheticians Are Welcome Revive's Associate Training Program was created to help developing estheticians strengthen their technical skills, consultation abilities, product knowledge, guest experience and confidence behind the treatment-room door. We're willing to invest in someone who is willing to invest in themselves. A large existing clientele isn't required. Motivation, professionalism, coachability and the desire to grow are.
