Job Description
Position Title:
Medical Aesthetician and patient coordinatorPosition Type:
Full-time Key Responsibilities 1.Client Assessments:
- Conduct thorough skin assessments for clients to determine appropriate treatment options.
- Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
Treatment Administration:
- Perform aesthetic services including, but not limited to:
- SkinPen (microneedling) treatments.
- Chemical peels.
- Facial lymphatic drainage treatments.
- Hydrafacial treatments.
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with safety and sanitation protocols.
Revenue Generation:
- Achieve a monthly revenue target of $20,000 or more through service provision and sales.
- Actively promote and upsell additional services and skincare products to clients during consultations and treatments.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
Networking and Marketing:
- Engage in community networking events to promote the spa's services and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Client Interaction:
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing post-treatment care instructions.
- Make phone calls to follow up with clients regarding their treatments and satisfaction.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and inventory management for products and supplies.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client flow to ensure a seamless experience.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments and skincare.

Base Salary:
$20 per hour or equivalent salary.Benefits:

Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue generation and client satisfaction metrics. Qualifications- Licensed Aesthetician in the state of Arkansas.
- 2 years minimum experience in aesthetic treatments, preferably in a med spa environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience and proficiency in upselling services/products.
Pay:
$20.00- $35.
