VALLEY, is seeking an experienced licensed Aesthetician with laser certification. The location at 4955 S. Alma School Rd, Ste 11 in Chandler, AZ is part of the successful Uptown Medispa beauty concept that has four other thriving locations throughout the Valley. Join our elite team of upbeat, friendly and experienced practitioners and enjoy a high commission structure. Compensation & Growth This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering a high-performance, commission-based structure designed for experienced injectors ready to grow. High commission pay structure Additional earning opportunities through tips and retail Strong patient demand and in-house marketing support There is no cap on earning potential —your income is directly aligned with your performance, client experience, and ability to build long-term treatment plans.

Requirements:

Availability to work daytime hours 4-5 days per week, and some Saturdays. Perform consistent professional, medical-grade facial aesthetic treatments: hydrofacials, microneedling, RF microneedling, customized facials, and more in accordance with company protocol Certified in laser treatments including RF microneedling Experience with Tetra Coolpeel CO2 Laser Existing clientele in the East Valley is a plus 2+ years of experience Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner Experience with Boulevard a plus Front desk skills and ability to book appointments SkinBetter knowledge Retail sales experience Responsibilities include Provide exceptional treatments tailored to each client Provide full assessments and treatment plans Generate and maintain a client base Meet monthly sales goals Attend monthly meetings Attend company community events Front desk booking scheduling What do we offer?
