Medical Aesthetician / Certified Laser Technician (CLT) Vivid Skin and Laser Center Overview Vivid Skin and Laser Center is hiring an experienced Medical Aesthetician / CLT to join our fast-paced, results-driven team. We specialize in advanced skin treatments, acne correction, and laser technologies, delivering real results in a modern, client-focused environment. We're looking for a motivated provider with strong sales skills who is passionate about skincare, confident performing advanced treatments, and driven to grow. Responsibilities Perform treatments including dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, and customized facials and more Perform advanced procedures: SkinPen microneedling, IPL, ResurFX, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, Morpheus8, BBL, and Moxi Conduct consultations, skin analysis, and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare and recommend professional products Drive retail sales and package sales (strong sales skills required) Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards Deliver a high-end client experience and build long-term relationships Skincare Lines Work with top medical-grade brands including: EltaMD, PCA Skin, iS Clinical, Skinbetter Science, ZO Skin Health, Face Reality, Alastin Skincare, Hydrinity, Co2 Carboxy Requirements Certified Laser Technician (CLT) - Arizona (required) Licensed Aesthetician or Cosmetologist (required) Minimum 2+ years experience as an Aesthetician and Laser Technician (required) Experience with laser and advanced treatments preferred Strong sales background (retail + treatment packages) Excellent communication and consultation skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Why Vivid?
