Job Description
Overview Revitalize Your Glow Medspa in Glendale, AZ, is seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facials and body contouring treatments (Cryolipolysis, EMSculpt, RF, etc.) along with a proven ability to sell treatment packages. This role is perfect for a results-driven esthetician who is committed to helping clients look and feel their best. Duties Perform facials, skin treatments, and advanced body contouring services Conduct consultations, skin analyses, and recommend personalized treatment plans Sell treatment packages, and add-ons (required) Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and professionalism Provide an exceptional client experience from consultation to follow-up Support business growth through strong client relationships and social media promotion (a plus) Qualifications Active Arizona Esthetician License (required) 1+ year experience in facials and/or body contouring treatments Proven success in sales of packages (required) Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client trust Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Social media or marketing experience is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Able to work Sundays (required)
