Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team! Looking for someone to work every other Sunday 9.40-3, Mon. 9.40-5, Tues. 9.40-3, every other Wed. 9.40-5.30. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and skin treatments using state-of-the-art equipment. Specialize in permanent makeup procedures such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and tattooing, ensuring precise and safe results. Apply aesthetic treatments like laser therapy, skin resurfacing, and other advanced procedures following strict safety and sanitation protocols. Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options clearly, and develop personalized skincare plans. Maintain detailed medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while adhering to confidentiality standards. Follow all tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control procedures, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions to optimize results and foster long-term relationships. Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic tools by providing knowledgeable recommendations aligned with client needs. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience in performing lip blush, tattooing, permanent makeup, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other cosmetic tattooing techniques. Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to facial aesthetics, and skin physiology. Familiarity with infection control standards, sanitation practices, and tattoo/piercing safety regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Proficiency in esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extension techniques is highly desirable. Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently while maintaining accurate medical records. Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new aesthetic treatments and industry advancements.
