Injx Bar Aesthetics & Wellness is looking for an experienced, talented Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is confident in their skills, passionate about aesthetics and skincare, and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional client experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on professional experience performing the following treatments: Face and body waxing Lash lifts Brow laminations Lash and brow tinting DiamondGlow® facials Microneedling Chemical peels Customized facial treatments and skincare recommendations We are looking for an esthetician who is professional, personable, dependable, motivated, and confident working with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to continue learning and growing within the aesthetics industry. At Injx Bar, you'll work alongside an experienced aesthetics and wellness team in a busy, established practice with opportunities to expand your skills and perform advanced, results-driven treatments.

Qualifications:

Current Arizona Esthetician or Cosmetology License Minimum 1-2 years of professional, hands-on experience with the treatments listed above required Strong communication and client relationship skills Comfortable educating clients on treatment plans and home skincare Comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare products Confident with client rebooking and retention Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and continuing education Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude We are looking for someone who can step into the role with an established skill set while continuing to grow alongside our team.
