At Halo Health Solutions, we focus on helping our patients look and feel their best through a combination of wellness, medical aesthetics, and personalized care. Our services include hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptides, IV therapy, neurotoxins and fillers, advanced laser and energy-based treatments, skin rejuvenation, and other wellness services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining esthetics, front-office support, aesthetic sales, and social media/marketing. Medical Assistant certification is highly preferred, but not required. An Arizona Licensed Esthetician who is also a Certified Medical Assistant would be an ideal candidate for this position. About the Role This part-time role offers potential for full-time growth and is ideal for someone excited to expand beyond traditional esthetic services. Our current esthetic clientele is growing, and we are looking for someone who is excited to help us build this area of the practice. When performing esthetic services, you will provide personalized treatments and skincare recommendations while helping clients understand additional treatment options available at Halo. When the esthetic schedule is not booked, this position will assist with front-office operations and actively help grow the aesthetics side of the practice through patient engagement, sales, follow-up calls, marketing, and social media content development/management.

Responsibilities may include:

Performing customized facials and other services within the scope of an Arizona Licensed Esthetician Providing skincare consultations and recommending appropriate home-care products Educating clients about available aesthetic treatments and identifying opportunities for advanced treatment consultations Helping convert interested clients into consultations for services such as Morpheus8 Burst, Forma, QuantumRF, CO2 laser, injectables, and other aesthetic treatments Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general front-office responsibilities Following up with aesthetic leads and existing clients Rebooking clients and helping develop long-term treatment plans Assisting with aesthetic promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns Creating and capturing social media content, before-and-after photos, and treatment-related content Supporting retail skincare sales and maintaining product displays/inventory Maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms and esthetic workspaces Assisting the medical provider and clinical team as appropriate based on training, credentials, and scope of practice Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Currently licensed as an Esthetician in Arizona Friendly, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with patients Genuinely passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and wellness Comfortable discussing services and making recommendations without using high-pressure sales tactics Motivated to build and grow their own esthetic clientele within Halo Comfortable with social media and willing to participate in creating, posting, and managing content Organized and able to transition between treatment-room and front-office responsibilities Self-motivated and able to identify productive work during slower treatment periods Interested in learning about advanced medical aesthetic treatments and growing within an aesthetics-focused medical practice Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) experience is strongly preferred. Candidates who hold both an Arizona Esthetician License and Medical Assistant certification are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with medical aesthetics, laser/energy-based treatments, skincare sales, front-office operations, or social media/marketing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Schedule & Compensation This position will begin part time , with scheduling based on clinic needs and patient demand. Compensation will include a competitive hourly rate with additional earning opportunities through commissions and performance incentives related to esthetic services, skincare sales, and aesthetic growth. We are a small, growing practice, so this position is best suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants the opportunity to play a meaningful role in growing an aesthetics program rather than simply stepping into an already-full treatment schedule.
