We're a provider-led spa that gives our skincare professionals the freedom to thrive. As an esthetician here, you'll have the autonomy to build your own schedule, develop your signature treatments, and grow a loyal client base in a calm, upscale environment. We attract a steady flow of new clients along with many repeat guests, creating excellent earning potential (especially for someone who is a confident self-promoter). Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $28 - $32 per hour (based on experience) for all services performed Keep 100% of your tips Strong additional income opportunities through product sales, service upgrades, and clients leaving glowing 5-star reviews that mention your name This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role. You enjoy full control over your availability and the tax advantages that come with it. We handle heavy lifting like marketing, bookings, phones, promotions, & inventory so you can focus on delivering exceptional skincare and building your clientele. Our team stays very busy with minimal on-site supervision — perfect for a driven, self-motivated professional. Who We're Looking For A passionate esthetician who genuinely cares about each client's skin health and overall wellbeing A motivated self-starter who enjoys promoting their services and retail recommendations Someone who works well with very little oversight and takes full ownership of their schedule and performance A team player who maintains a positive, professional atmosphere Key Responsibilities Perform customized facials, skincare treatments, and other esthetic services tailored to individual client needs Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend professional products Create a relaxing, welcoming experience that builds trust and encourages repeat visits Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in your treatment space Stay punctual, polished, and professional at all times Requirements Active & valid Esthetician license in good standing Strong availability for evenings, possibly weekends (our busiest times) Experience performing a variety of facial & body treatments Excellent product knowledge & retail sales skills Outstanding customer service abilities & a warm, caring personality Self-motivated with strong time-management & independent work ethic If you take immense pride in your results and want the freedom of 1099 independence without the headache of sourcing every client yourself, we'd love to connect.
