Tempe, AZ — in-person About Us Your Endless Wellness is a growing medical spa in Tempe offering injectables, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL, facials, IV therapy, and skin treatments. We're a small, hands-on team focused on giving clients real results without the upsell pressure — and we're looking for someone reliable to help us run our laser and skin services smoothly. About the Role We're looking for a licensed laser technician or esthetician to independently run our laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL, and facial appointments. This role lets our lead provider focus on injectables and advanced treatments while you handle laser and skin services — so consistency, independence, and good client communication matter a lot here. There's also room to grow: for the right person, we're open to adding hydrafacial services to the menu and having you take ownership of that offering as you build your skillset with us. Hours are flexible and will start around 4 hours/week, with room to grow based on client demand and fit. What You'll Do Perform laser hair removal treatments across all treatment areas Perform tattoo removal treatments using our in-house pico/Q-switch laser Perform IPL treatments and facials Potential to learn and take ownership of hydrafacial services as the role grows Conduct client consultations, skin/tattoo assessments, and set realistic treatment expectations Maintain accurate treatment notes and track client progress across sessions Keep treatment rooms and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with spa protocols Recommend and explain in-house package pricing to clients completing Groupon or intro sessions Communicate any concerning skin reactions or contraindications to the lead provider promptly What We're Looking For Active esthetician license or laser certification (Arizona) Prior hands-on experience with laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL, and/or facials Comfortable working independently once trained on our protocols Strong communication skills — you'll be the one explaining pricing and setting expectations with clients Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with documentation Comfortable in a small-team, fast-paced med spa environment Bonus Points Phlebotomy certification/experience — a big plus, as it opens the door to helping support IV therapy and PRP/PRF blood draws Hydrafacial experience or interest in learning it Experience working with Groupon or high-volume intro-offer clients Prior medical spa or aesthetics practice experience Schedule Starting at ~4 hours/week with potential to expand.
