We are looking for a licensed, motivated and polished esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, highly personable, detail-oriented, and confident providing an elevated client experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up. The ideal candidate is available to work Wednesdays with potential to grow into more days in future.

Responsiblities:

Perform professional facials and advanced skincare treatments within the scope of a California Esthetician License Conduct thorough skincare consultations and access clients' skin concerns and goald Create customized treatment recommendations and home-care regimens Educate clients on professional skincare products and treatments Provide an exceptional, luxury-level client experience Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room Participate in ongoing product and treatment training Collaborate with medical providers and the aesthetic team to create comprehensive treatment plans Support retail and treatment sales through education and personalized recommendations Follow-up with clients and encourage appropriate maintenance treatments and skincare Represent the brand professionally and maintain a polished appearance and demeanor

Ideal Candidate:

Valid California Esthetician License required Previous experience in a luxry med spa, medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery setting preferred Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Warm, confident, polished and personable Passionate about skincare and aesthetics Comfortable discussing treatment plans and recommending products Strong sales and client-retention skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual and able to work well independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in fast-paced, client focused environment Having a clientele base already is a plus If you are passionate about aesthetics, love building relationships with clients and want to grow within a modern medical aesthetics enviornment, we would lobe to meet you.
