MANA Head Spa & Facial Studio is a relaxing, elevated spa in Calabasas specializing in Japanese-inspired Head Spa treatments, customized facials, scalp wellness, and self-care experiences. We're looking for a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician to join our team. We're seeking someone warm, reliable, professional, and passionate about providing high-quality services in a calm and relaxing spa environment.

Responsibilities include:

Performing MANA Head Spa treatments Providing facial services based on licensing and training Shampooing, scalp treatments, and relaxing scalp massage Rough-drying hair following Head Spa services Providing professional blow-dry/styling when booked as an add-on service (Cosmetologists) Maintaining a clean, peaceful, and professional treatment environment Providing excellent client care and product recommendations What we're looking for: Current California Cosmetology or Esthetician license Cosmetologists with facial/skincare experience are strongly preferred Cosmetologists should be comfortable with blow-dry and styling Estheticians should be confident providing facial services Reliable, punctual, professional, and client-focused Strong communication and customer-service skills Willingness to learn MANA's Head Spa protocols and service standards

Compensation:

$20/hour

W-2 + 100

% of tips + 10% commission on retail product sales Training on MANA's Head Spa protocols is provided. We're looking for someone who enjoys beauty and wellness and wants to be part of a peaceful, elevated spa environment in Calabasas.
