Perform 40-50-minute services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, HydraFacial's, Procell, lash lift + tint, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting, scalp massage and chemical peels. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate. Analyzing Acne clients for Face Reality Acne protocol, selling Face Reality packages and products. Use Boulevard point of sale system for client notes and to book clients for return services. Use the iPads to take before and after photos Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; always ensure board compliance. Ensure store standards are always adhered to. Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures. Attend mandatory esthetician and product training, including team meetings. California Esthetician License (Required) Marketing Support participation requirements… Support the team in bringing our brand to life — help with in-store promotions, branded social media content during your shift, and local events.
