We specialize in DiamondGlow®, Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial, VI Peel®, SkinMedica® Professional Peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and customized medical-grade skincare programs. Position Summary As a Medical Aesthetician, you will deliver advanced skincare treatments, educate patients, create customized treatment plans, and provide an elevated concierge experience while working closely with our physician and medical team. What Success Looks Like Build long-term patient relationships through trust and education. Deliver exceptional treatment outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety. Develop customized treatment plans and skincare regimens. Provide five-star patient experiences from consultation through follow-up. Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and continuous learning. Contribute positively to our boutique team culture. Primary Responsibilities Perform DiamondGlow®, Intraceuticals Oxygen Facial, VI Peel®, SkinMedica® Professional Peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, and other physician-approved aesthetic services. Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and individualized treatment planning. Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and home skincare. Maintain accurate documentation, photography, consents, and patient charts. Coordinate with providers and front office to ensure seamless patient care. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, inventory, and OSHA/manufacturer standards. Participate in educational events, promotions, and team meetings. Qualifications Current California Aesthetician License. 2+ years of aesthetic experience (medical aesthetics preferred). Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and medical-grade skincare. Excellent communication, consultation, and organizational skills. Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented. Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone who is passionate about skin health, thrives in a boutique physician-led practice, values education over sales, and is committed to providing natural, evidence-based recommendations with exceptional service. We are hiring for a part-time role; Mondays, Fridays, and 1/2 days Saturdays with flexability. Compensation Part-time position. Hourly base pay plus service commissions and retail commissions. PTO and 401(k) eligibility in accordance with company policy.
