Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments and personalized skincare solutions that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in various esthetic procedures, combined with your commitment to client satisfaction, will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments to meet client needs and preferences. Administer advanced cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup with precision and safety. Ensure all tattooing, piercing, and other invasive procedures comply with safety regulations and infection control standards. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing skin health and satisfaction. Maintain meticulous medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document treatments, client history, and consent forms. Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to strict sterilization protocols for tools and workspaces to ensure client safety at all times. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and aesthetic tools to enhance client results and satisfaction. Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as color theory applications, anatomy knowledge relevant to esthetics, and emerging aesthetic technologies. Experience Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields. Proven experience performing a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser therapies. Skilled in tattooing techniques such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and permanent makeup procedures. Knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, infection control practices, sanitation standards, and client communication best practices. Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently. Experience with aesthetic laser treatments or other advanced skin care modalities is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while building lasting relationships. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.
