Are you a licensed esthetician who loves making people feel confident, beautiful, and cared for? Hello Sugar is a growing waxing and sugaring salon looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Aesthetician to join our team. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is:

Licensed:

Current California Esthetician license required

Willing to learn and follow the Hello Sugar approach to services and client care Experience That Is a Plus Waxing experience Skin care experience Brow services Customer service or retail sales Membership sales and client rebooking Sugaring experience is a bonus, but not required—we provide training! Aesthetician Responsibilities Perform professional waxing and sugaring services for both women and men Provide skin and aftercare education to clients Conduct skin consultations Perform brow consultations before brow waxing services Recommend appropriate products and services based on client needs Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Encourage client rebooking and membership enrollment Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Assist with maintaining overall salon cleanliness Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings Follow Hello Sugar's service standards and procedures Why Hello Sugar?
