This position is intended for an established injector who is already fully trained, certified, and confident performing advanced aesthetic treatments independently within their professional scope of practice. This is not an entry level or training position. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of hands on aesthetic injection experience Advanced experience with Sculptra® Advanced dermal filler techniques and facial balancing Neurotoxin injections Full face assessment and individualized treatment planning Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection safety Experience recognizing, preventing, and managing potential complications Ability to confidently consult and treat patients within professional scope of practice Experience with PRP, PRF, regenerative aesthetics, biostimulators, and additional advanced aesthetic procedures is preferred. Required Qualifications Active California professional license appropriate for all services performed All required certifications and professional training must already be completed and current Minimum 5 years of advanced aesthetic experience Documented advanced injectable training Current applicable safety certifications Current BLS certification Strong clinical documentation skills Excellent patient consultation and communication skills Professional, reliable, and safety focused Candidates must be fully qualified and treatment ready at the time of hire . Coastal Wellness MD will provide orientation to clinic specific policies and protocols, but this position is not intended to provide foundational aesthetic or injectable training. NPs and PAs are welcome to apply. Compensation will be considered based on professional license, scope of practice, advanced qualifications, and experience. Schedule This is an on demand position with no minimum or guaranteed hours . Shifts will be offered based on patient demand, provider coverage, treatment days, and special events. Compensation Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, professional license, qualifications, and scope of practice.
