Newport Skin and Wellness Newport Beach, CA Job Details Part-time | Contract From $25 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Qualifications LED light therapy skincare treatments Medical scheduling Schedule creation Esthetician License Retail sales Full Job Description Part-Time Aesthetician — Boutique Medical Spa, Newport Beach, CA Newport Skin and Wellness is a boutique, appointment-only aesthetic studio in Newport Beach — not a high-volume spa. We see patients 1:1, in a private, relationship-driven setting, and we're looking for an experienced aesthetician who wants that same model for their own practice. You will have the entire studio to yourself and your client when you are working which creates a curated, high-end experience.

What we offer:

A fully equipped, private treatment space — no shared bays, no rushed 20-minute slots HydraFacial, LED light therapy, and a ZO Skin Health professional back bar ZO Skin Health retail product line already in place Significant autonomy: you set your own days, your own hours per day/week, and manage your own patient schedule A W-2 position with payroll taxes handled

Compensation:

$25.00/hour base wage (guaranteed, W-2, per diem/part-time) Plus a monthly production bonus: if 20% of your total gross services and retail sales for the month exceeds your total hourly wages for that month, you're paid the difference Estimated total range: $25-$50+/hour depending on production volume and sales! You keep 100% of your tips Who we're looking for: Active California Aesthetician license in good standing Minimum 5 years of professional experience An established client following you can bring with you Comfort with retail/product consultation as part of the patient experience Self-directed — you'll be trusted to manage your own book and schedule

Schedule:

Part-time / per diem, flexible — days and hours are largely up to you, built around your existing patient base.
