The Role We're hiring a part-time licensed esthetician to deliver results-driven treatments and a five-star client experience. This is a great fit for someone who loves skin, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a loyal client base. Schedule Wednesdays, Thursdays, and rotating Saturdays Responsibilities Perform facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels Give personalized skin consultations and home care recommendations Keep treatment rooms spotless and follow all sanitation protocols Recommend treatments and retail products to help clients reach their goals Help promote your services and build your book through social media and referrals Requirements Active California esthetician license Hands-on experience with facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards Professional, friendly, and client-focused Self-motivated and comfortable promoting yourself and your work Nice to Have Medspa experience Sales or retail experience Knowledge of SkinBetter Science and Alastin Skincare Familiarity with Glo Skin Beauty and Image Skincare (our backbar lines) Why Join Us Grow with a supportive, close-knit team Opportunity to expand your skills and client base Beautiful boutique space in
