We have an amazing team of estheticians and nurses who provide individualized treatment to help clients achieve their goals. From hand-picked cosmeceuticals to advanced laser treatments, we strive to provide the best treatments available for stronger, healthier skin. Join our team in this upscale, relaxing oasis called Elyssium! We are accepting resumes for an experienced licensed esthetician to be a part of our team.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

Saturdays 10am-6pm Fridays 10am-6pm Additional hours added based on performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Current CA Esthetic or Cosmetology License At least 1 year experience in a spa setting (medspa experience a plus) Proficient in Hydrafacial Proficient in Dermaplaning Proficient in Chemical Peels Retail Sales Basic computer and phone skills

JOB DUTIES

Ensure each client receives outstanding service Ability to provide consultations, create a treatment plan, and promote memberships for each client Product knowledge and sales Support our practitioners in keeping the clinic clean and running smoothly Cross-promote with our advanced medical services Able to be a self starter by rebooking and maintaining client retention Answering phones and light receptionist duties when needed, including booking and canceling appointments and running transactions (MINDBODY experience a plus)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE OVERVIEW

Competitive base hourly rate Tips earned from services 5-10% commission on retail product sales Membership service bonus for treating clients with active memberships Monthly profit-sharing bonus when performance goals are achieved
