We are seeking a Medical Administrative Coordinator — a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of patient care and operational management. In this elevated position, you'll combine administrative expertise with hands-on clinical support to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care while our office runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do Patient Experience Leadership:

Welcome and guide patients through their visit, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and valued.

Administrative Oversight:

Manage scheduling, maintain client records, and oversee office workflows with precision and efficiency.

Financial Support:

Process transactions accurately, prepare monthly financial and productivity reports, and assist management with business insights.

Vendor & Partner Relations:

Coordinate with product representatives, attend financial and operational meetings, and support strategic business growth. Clinical Assistance (if certified): Support providers with select medical assistant tasks such as prepping patients, applying numbing creams, or assisting during procedures.

Operations & Inventory:

Conduct physical inventory, track supplies, and maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and patients alike. What We're Looking For Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred . 1+ year of administrative or front office experience (ideally in aesthetics, dermatology, or healthcare). Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills. Professional presence and genuine passion for patient care. Comfort with reporting, numbers, and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
