Full Job Description We're Hiring:

SKN Specialist

•Licensed Esthetician Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Monday-Saturday 25 SKN is looking for a talented, passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics team. We're looking for someone who doesn't just love facials—they love skin . Our ideal SKN Specialist understands that beautiful skin comes from the right combination of professional treatments, consistent home care, patient education, and a personalized approach. If you're passionate about creating an incredible facial experience while helping patients achieve healthier, glowing skin, we'd love to meet you!

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Flexible, Monday-Saturday Additional Earning Potential:

Tips + Retail Commission Starting pay will be determined based on relevant experience, advanced training and certifications, professional skincare knowledge, sales experience, demonstrated skill, and existing clientele. Scheduling will be based on patient demand, practice needs, and mutually agreed availability. Scheduled shifts may fall Monday through Saturday and may include daytime and evening hours. Saturday availability is preferred. Opportunities for additional hours and advancement may become available as 25 SKN grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a SKN Specialist, you'll provide customized facial and skin treatments that may include: Customized facials Advanced facial treatments Facial massage techniques Chemical peels Topical skin boosters Professional skincare consultations Personalized home skincare recommendations You'll work with patients of all skin types and tones, customizing each experience around their individual skin concerns and goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Active California Esthetician License Exceptional customer-service skills Strong skincare knowledge Excellent communication skills Professional and dependable Comfortable working with diverse skin types and tones Comfortable recommending and selling professional skincare Comfortable participating in social media content Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills Medical spa or advanced aesthetics experience preferred An existing client base is preferred, but not required. We're ultimately looking for the right person who can provide an exceptional experience and grow with 25 SKN.
