We are seeking a dedicated Esthetician who will exclusively operate the T-Shape 2 device (face, body, neck) and deliver best-in-class client experiences in a wellness clinic setting. You will design protocols, monitor outcomes, and be the in-house expert for this modality. Role As a Body Sculpting Care Technition at Truspine, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their body transformation journey by conducting consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and fostering long-term relationships. This role seamlessly integrates client care, sales strategy, and service coordination to deliver exceptional experiences. With expertise in non-invasive treatments like fat reduction, muscle toning, cellulite reduction, and lymphatic drainage, you will educate and support clients while driving sales and retention, ensuring they feel confident and excited about their wellness goals. Key Responsibilities Operate T-Shape 2 device for facial and body treatments (abdomen, thighs, arms, etc.), adjusting settings (laser, RF, vacuum modes) to match client goals, skin types, and tolerance levels. Perform client assessments and consults to determine treatment plans: skin laxity, fat pockets, post-weight loss sagging, areas needing contouring. Monitor client responses during treatment, track skin and tissue changes over multiple sessions, and adjust protocols accordingly. Maintain strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and operating protocols for device use. Document treatment parameters, client progress, pictures, and outcomes in the clinic software (e.g. JANE APP or equivalent).

Educate clients pre- and post-treatment:

what to expect, home care, contraindications, and follow-up. Assist with scheduling and client flow ensuring efficiency around T-Shape 2 appointment blocks. Promote T-Shape 2 services via client outreach, upsells, and recommendations (packaged plans, maintenance sessions). Collaborate with the larger Truspine team — chiropractors, massage, acupuncture — to integrate aesthetics into wellness plans. Stay abreast of emerging research, protocols, and best practices for body contouring. Requirements Valid California Esthetician license (or equivalent) with prior experience in body contouring or similar device-based treatments. Ability to assess patient suitability and screen for contraindications. Meticulous about documentation, safety protocols, and device maintenance. Experience in retail sales and ability to educate clients about maintenance packages and treatment courses. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning the T-Shape 2 line of services. Prior experience in the aesthetics, health, or wellness industry preferred. Background in massage therapy, fitness training, esthetics, nursing, dietetics, or related field is preferred.. Strong customer service and sales experience with the ability to build relationships and close deals. Passion for helping clients achieve their body goals while maintaining professionalism and empathy. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Results

Preferred Prior med spa or clinic experience in body contouring, skin tightening, or non-invasive aesthetic devices. Knowledge of skin physiology, adipose/fat metabolism, and lymphatic drainage principles. Basic photography skills (before/after imaging).
