Softglamour is a growing boutique lash, brow, and skin studio in San Francisco seeking a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our team as a Lash & Brow Artist. We take pride in high-quality artistry, exceptional client care, continued education, and creating long-term career opportunities for beauty professionals. We don't just fill chairs — we develop artists. • Perform thorough consultations and customize services to each client
• Perform lash extension full sets, fills, maintenance, and removals
• Perform lash lifts and tints
• Perform brow shaping, waxing, tinting, and brow laminations
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of client care
• Educate clients on proper lash and brow aftercare
• Recommend appropriate services and retail products
• Maintain accurate client notes and appointment information
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
• Monitor product and supply needs
• Photograph and consistently showcase your work on social media
• Participate in continued education and team training
• Stay current with evolving techniques, styles, and industry trends What We're Looking For
• Valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Lash extension experience preferred
• Passion for lash and brow artistry
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Warm and exceptional customer service
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Takes pride in consistently producing quality work
• Committed to continued learning and improving their craft
• Comfortable recommending services and products when appropriate
• Willing to participate in social media and showcase their work
• Takes an active role in building and retaining clientele
• Respects salon standards, systems, and team expectations
• Contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment
• Genuine interest in growing with Softglamour long-term Training & Career Development Training is available for the right licensed candidate.

Our training process is structured and requires consistency, practice, coachability, and commitment. For experienced artists, continued education and development remain an important part of our culture. We believe there is always room to refine your technique, strengthen your client experience, and evolve as an artist. We provide the structure and support. We expect our artists to bring the professionalism, initiative, and commitment to grow. Schedule & Availability We are currently hiring for evening and weekend availability, which is important for establishing and growing a strong clientele.

• Evening availability Wednesday-Friday, approximately 3:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday availability required
• Consistent availability and reliability are important
• Opportunity to expand hours as clientele and demand grow.
