About the Role As an Aesthetic Injector, you'll play a pivotal role in helping patients look and feel like their best selves. You'll combine clinical artistry with relational care—conducting thorough consultations, designing personalized treatment plans, and performing injectable and device-based procedures with precision and confidence. What You'll Own Perform neurotoxin, filler, device-based, and other advanced aesthetic treatments (training provided as needed) Conduct highly consultative patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and skincare to support long-term results Drive personal revenue performance through treatment planning, patient retention, and schedule optimization Participate in touch bases with clinical leaders to align on training, growth, and performance Navigate treatment documentation, EMR, and payment systems with speed and accuracy Provide clear product recommendations to support outcomes and drive skincare sales Help foster a positive, supportive environment for both patients and teammates Uphold safety, compliance, and protocol standards (OSHA, HIPAA, LJCSC policies) What You'll Bring Licensed NP or PA with aesthetics experience (3+ years preferred) Strong technical skill paired with refined bedside manner Ability to build trust quickly and communicate with clarity and empathy Passion for delivering outstanding clinical results while maintaining a patient-first mindset Confidence in recommending treatment plans and contributing to revenue goals Comfort in fast-paced, high-performing environments A continuous learning mindset with openness to coaching and development Alignment with our Core Values Active BLS/ALS certifications, appropriate credentials, and familiarity with clinical protocols Why You'll Love It Here Growth potential: We're scaling- you'll grow alongside us Culture that clicks: We show up, work hard, and spread joy!

$120k - $200k+ How the Bonus Works Your bonus is fully performance-driven and designed to directly reward the impact you make. You'll earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate plus additional incentive based on your site's overall revenue achievement. Because bonuses are tied to performance rather than capped targets, earning potential is truly uncapped. Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing for up to 10 hours at a time.
