We specialize in advanced hair removal and skin wellness. As we expand our service menu, this is a blank-canvas opportunity for an autonomous beauty professional to bring their skincare expertise, utilize our premier brand presence, and build a thriving clientele within our community.

Established professional liability insurance (or willingness to secure coverage prior to contract commencement). A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage your own day-to-day workflow, client retention, and pre/post-care consultation tracking. Scope of Services & Parameters Service Menu:

Contractor will provide professional esthetic services aligned with fixed, established menu guidelines to maintain premium brand consistency for our shared client base.

Business Structure:

This is a true 1099 independent contractor opportunity. The partner is responsible for their own self-employment taxes, tools of the trade, and specific service protocols. Performance milestones (revenue targets) will be mutually agreed upon to maintain the long-term lease space agreement. Compensation & Tiered Earnings Structure We believe in rewarding your growth and dedication as an independent partner. This opportunity features a Progressive Bracket Commission Model built directly into our partnership agreement. Your commission split increases automatically as your monthly total sales reach new milestones—meaning the more clientele you build under our brand, the more you keep. 40%

Commission Bracket:

Applied to your first $3,000 of gross monthly service sales. 45%

Commission Bracket:

Applied to all monthly service sales between $3,001 and $5,500. 50%

Commission Bracket:
