We are seeking a high-caliber, licensed Aesthetician to join our team as we expand our dedicated aesthetics and wellness department. You will be a foundational member of a medical team using state-of-the-art technology to treat both chronic disease (Dry Eye/MGD) and provide world-class aesthetic transformations. You will work directly alongside our on-site optometric physicians every day in an active clinical practice. Our doctors refer our dry eye patients straight to you for targeted IPL and RF therapies that treat these conditions.
The Technology You'll Command:

Work side-by-side with our doctors in a collaborative, physician-led environment where your clinical aesthetic expertise is an integral extension of patient care.
Administrative Freedom:
Our team of Health Care Virtual Assistants handles main phone lines, exam scheduling, benefits verification, and follow-ups so you can focus entirely on patient engagement and care.
Hybrid Growth & Whole-Practice Engagement:
While building your treatment schedule, we train you across every facet of our boutique practice—from greeting patients at check-in and cross-training as a clinical tech to learning optical. Every patient touchpoint becomes an active opportunity to educate, consult, and grow the aesthetics side of our practice, making you a truly versatile and indispensable part of our team.
Supportive Team Culture:
Join a collaborative, non-corporate team with established clinical systems.
