The ideal candidate has an extensive background esthetics and how to add on services and refer. You must have a phenomenal ability to connect with clients. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for men and women naturally through bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptides, IV vitamin therapy, supplements, and weight loss. We also offer a full range of aesthetic services, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, Hydrafacials, SkinPen, and skin care products. Currently there are 3 corporate vitality centers, 73 franchises open across the country, and another 100+ signed to open in the next 24 months! As an esthetician, you will introduce clients to a variety of skincare products and services and work with them to achieve their skin health goals. Clients will rely on you for skin care product recommendations and treatments, including Customized Facials, Skin Pens, Hydrafacial, PRP Facials, Chemical Peels, and other skin care treatments. In this role, you will need to stay up to date on all our products and services so you can answer patient questions on both wellness and aesthetic topics. There will be weekly and monthly sales targets for skincare products and services and VIP memberships. Furthermore you will be responsible for supporting cross-selling with wellness and aesthetic services. Responsibilities Be a passionate advocate and ambassador for skincare services Maintain high standards of customer service at all times and go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient Provide skin treatments including customized facials, Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and chemical peels Preform SkinPen Microneedling Follow patient education procedures to interview patients and identify products or services that might appeal to them Manage and order inventory for skin care supplies Cover front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone and check patients in and out Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner and develop rapport Follow medical compliance and policies to ensure all equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standards Work closely with team and medical practitioners to understand all product/services provided, cross sell. Create and collaborate on social media initiatives Attend marketing and promotional events Be a team player, help without being asked, pitch in whenever you can, do what needs to be done Qualifications Valid esthetician's license Proven experience as an aesthetician is required Experience in the use of skin care equipment such Hydrafacial and Skinpen Deep understanding of skin care techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of ethics Hungry to sell and rapidly grow your practice and business
