Facial Aesthetics , a leading aesthetic skincare and cosmetic injectable practice, is seeking a Full-Time experienced aesthetician. Position Summary:

The Aesthetician is a key provider of skincare services, delivering personalized treatments that align with each patient's unique needs and goals. The clinician in this role will perform a range of aesthetic services and procedures, maintaining a strong understanding of skincare products, protocols, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for both patients and team members. The Aesthetician works collaboratively with the clinic and training teams to ensure the highest standards of care, actively participates in ongoing education, and contributes to a supportive and patient focused environment.

Position Requirements:

Perform professional skincare and aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser services, etc. Conduct thorough patient consultations and skin assessments to create a customized treatment plan. Prescribe medical grade skincare products and educate patients on proper use and benefits. Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and comply with all safety, sanitation and HIPAA regulations. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, organized, and properly maintained. Stay informed on the latest advancements in skincare products, treatments and technology and collaborate with the Training and Development Manager to advance Facial Aesthetics Skincare departments. Collaborate with clinical team, administrative team, and management to ensure seamless and exceptional patient care. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities. Support retail sales and promote patient loyalty through excellent service and routine follow-up. Meet and strive to exceed individual and team based KPI's including treatment rebooking's, retail conversion, patient retention, and service revenue targets. Contribute to Facial Aesthetics business development efforts by building strong patient relationships, increasing retention, and meeting provider KPI's. Willingness to participate in local marketing initiatives, promotional events, and grassroots outreach efforts to support Facial Aesthetics brand awareness and patient acquisition. Education and/or

Skills Required:

Active state licensure as an Aesthetician Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or similar clinical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of skin health, aging, acne, and aesthetic treatment/product modalities. Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain patient confidentiality. Compensation:

Hourly plus commission Monthly bonus available
