This position is specifically for an experienced aesthetic injector who already has an established client base. To be considered, applicants should: Have approximately 20-30+ existing aesthetic clients Have previous hands-on aesthetic injection experience Be currently licensed in Colorado as an RN, NP, PA, or other applicable medical professional Be comfortable bringing and continuing to grow their own clientele Be interested in a 1099 independent contractor opportunity Be looking for a professional treatment space without having to secure their own Medical Director or purchase injectable products Highlands Spa provides the Medical Director, treatment space, and injectable products. You bring your experience and existing client base. This is not an entry-level injector position and is not intended for someone who is looking for the spa to build their entire client base from scratch. Job Description Highlands Spa is seeking an experienced 1099 Aesthetic Injector who already has an established client base and is looking for a professional medical spa environment where they can treat and continue growing their clientele. This opportunity is ideal for an injector who has approximately 20-30+ active clients but does not have their own treatment room, Medical Director, or product inventory. Instead of taking on the expense and responsibility of opening your own medical spa, securing medical oversight, purchasing products, and maintaining a treatment space, Highlands Spa provides the infrastructure you need to practice within our established medical spa environment. You bring your clients and injecting experience. We provide the Medical Director, products, treatment space, and medical spa infrastructure. What Highlands Spa Provides Highlands Spa provides: Medical Director oversight Injectable products and inventory Professional treatment room in our Highlands Ranch med spa Established medical spa location Medical documentation/EMR infrastructure Medical spa equipment and treatment environment Operational support Flexible scheduling opportunities Opportunity to gain additional clientele through the spa This allows you to focus on what you do best: injecting, taking care of your patients, and growing your book of business without taking on the overhead of opening your own medical aesthetics practice. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has an existing client base of approximately 20-30+ aesthetic patients Has previous aesthetic injection experience Is confident performing aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans Has experience with neurotoxins such as Botox and/or Xeomin Has experience with dermal fillers Provides a high level of patient care and customer service Is professional, reliable, personable, and motivated Is comfortable promoting themselves and continuing to grow their clientele Wants the flexibility and independence of a 1099 contractor arrangement Wants to practice without the expense of maintaining their own treatment space, Medical Director, and injectable inventory Qualifications Current Colorado RN, NP, PA, or other applicable professional license permitting aesthetic medical services within the appropriate scope and supervision structure Aesthetic injection training and hands-on experience Existing client following required for this opportunity Professional liability/malpractice coverage as required Current certifications and credentials applicable to your scope of practice Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills Services May Include Depending on credentials, experience, and scope of practice: Botox Xeomin Dermal fillers PRP/PRF treatments Microneedling and regenerative aesthetic treatments Medical aesthetic consultations Additional injectable and aesthetic services as appropriate Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Compensation structure will be discussed based on experience, client volume, services performed, and overall contractor arrangement. Because Highlands Spa provides the Medical Director, treatment space, injectable products, and medical spa infrastructure , this opportunity is designed for an established injector who wants to grow their business without taking on the significant overhead associated with operating independently.
