Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Spa Esthetician to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide high-quality skincare and spa treatments that support an exceptional guest experience in a serene, professional environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, committed to delivering personalized care, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities Provide a range of esthetic services based on guest needs and service offerings, including facials, skin analysis, and related treatments. Deliver a welcoming, attentive, and professional experience from consultation through service completion. Assess guest skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care guidance within scope of practice. Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition. Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and safety procedures in accordance with spa and regulatory standards. Accurately document services, preferences, and relevant guest notes to support personalized care. Promote spa products and services in a thoughtful, guest-focused manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently high level of guest satisfaction. Stay current on skincare trends, treatment techniques, and product knowledge. Uphold professional appearance, communication standards, and service excellence at all times. Qualifications Current esthetician license or certification as required by state and local regulations. Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting preferred. Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, and facial treatment protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset. Ability to create a calm, comfortable, and professional environment for guests. High attention to detail, organization, and sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs. Professional demeanor, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork. Preferred Attributes Experience delivering luxury or resort-style guest service. Knowledge of retail sales techniques that support guest wellness and skincare goals. Ability to build rapport and foster long-term guest relationships. Interest in ongoing training and professional development in esthetics and wellness.
