Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and techniques, along with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services such has Hydrafacial, dermaplannning, and medical grade chemical peels. You will also have the opportunity to learn advanced treatments such as microneedling while also managing client relationships and promoting our products and services through effective social media management. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body facials, etc Administer dermal fillers and conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on proper skincare routines. Utilize salon software such as aesthetic record to manage appointments and maintain accurate client records. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards. Engage with clients through social media platforms to promote services and foster community engagement. Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry to provide clients with informed recommendations. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Knowledge of advanced techniques such as combining chemical peels and other treatments is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
