The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through your expertise in various beauty services. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including Classic and Clinical facials, dermaplane, body waxing and body treatments Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations. Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences and promote business growth. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed advice to clients. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services, ensuring repeat visits. Qualifications Valid esthetician license from an accredited institution. Strong skills in customer service with a focus on hospitality. Proficiency in body waxing. Ability to effectively upsell services recommend and sell products while maintaining a positive client experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
