The initial staffing need is expected to be approximately three months; however, there is an opportunity for continued part-time employment for the right candidate based on practice needs, performance, and mutual fit. We are looking for someone who can step into an established practice, confidently care for our existing patients, and potentially grow with Skinology over the longer term. Position Details Initial staffing need anticipated to be approximately three months Part-Time ~23 hours/week Responsibilities Laser Hair Removal IPL treatments HydraFacials Microneedling Chemical Peels Customized Facials and skincare treatments Professional skincare consultations Educating patients regarding treatments, products, and home skincare Learning and utilizing the professional skincare lines offered by the practice Documenting patient care within our EMR system Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Performing required routine maintenance on aesthetic devices Maintaining proper sterilization and sanitation procedures Following OSHA and practice safety standards Assisting providers and other team members when needed Active participation in marketing and social media content as appropriate Opportunity for future employment available as our practice continues to grow for the right candidate Requirements Candidate must hold and maintain a current Florida State Facial Specialist License (Esthetician) Candidate must hold and maintain current Florida State Electrology license (Electrologist) At least 2 years of experience in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Med Spa preferred Knowledge and experience of InMode equipment (Lumecca, Diolaze) a plus Must be willing to be cross trained to front and back office Must be self-motivated to learn new skills and participate in continued education Benefits $25-$32/Hour depending on experience and qualifications Discounts on products & procedures Flexible work schedule If you are an experienced aesthetic professional who takes pride in your work, enjoys creating meaningful patient relationships, and would like to be part of a growing aesthetics and wellness practice, we would love to hear from you.
