With multiple Miami locations and rapid expansion underway, we're looking for a skilled, passionate injector ready to grow with us. Who You Are You're not just an injector — you're an artist and a clinician . You understand facial harmony, build trust effortlessly with patients, and take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results . You're motivated, coachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Requirements Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Florida 1+ years of hands-on injecting experience (Botox/Dysport & dermal fillers required) Strong foundation in full-face assessment and treatment planning Experience with advanced techniques preferred: Tear troughs Jawline & chin contouring Lip enhancement Temples Non-surgical rhinoplasty Hyper-diluted Radiesse PDO Threads (Mint preferred) Excellent consultation, communication, and patient retention skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented What You'll Do Perform aesthetic consultations and create customized treatment plans Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers with precision and safety Educate patients and build long-term relationships Maintain accurate documentation and uphold medical standards Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly + high commission structure Option for commission-only (for injectors with existing clientele) Ongoing advanced training & continuing education Real opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding brand Perks & Benefits Employee discounts on treatments and products Paid training & professional development Flexible scheduling Free parking Referral program Opportunities for advancement Why Join Facial Mania We're building a team of injectors who want more than just a job — this is a place to grow your career, expand your skillset, and build a loyal clientele in a supportive, high-energy environment.
