Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician to join our dynamic skincare team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care. Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, skin tightening, pigmentation correction, and other aesthetic laser services in accordance with safety protocols. Provide body waxing services including facial waxing and full-body waxing to meet individual client needs. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail options to enhance their treatment results. Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations throughout all procedures. Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to client concerns, explaining treatment options clearly, and ensuring a comfortable experience. Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and aesthetic treatments that align with clients' goals. Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic procedures. Proficiency in performing laser treatments for hair removal and skin rejuvenation with a strong focus on safety and client comfort. Experience in providing spa services including waxing (body waxing and facial waxing) with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective client consultation and education. Strong understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus for offering comprehensive aesthetic services.
