This is a client-facing role focused on results, retention, and elevated service.

Position:

Part-Time (with opportunity to expand to Full-Time)

Have an active Florida Aesthetician license Hold an active Electrology license (required for laser hair removal) Speak English and Spanish Are comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans Successfully recommend packages and memberships Understand long-term aesthetic planning Present yourself professionally in a high-end environment Bonus Experience (Preferred, Not Required) Alma platforms (Soprano, Opus Plasma, TED) Laser safety and treatment protocols Advanced consultation and conversion experience Responsibilities Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations Create personalized treatment plans Perform laser hair removal and skin treatments Educate clients on expectations and maintenance Support package sales and membership growth Deliver an elevated, premium client experience What You'll Get Professional luxury clinic setting Performance-driven team environment Growth into full-time opportunity Competitive pay + incentives Long-term advancement within the brand
