We're expanding and want someone whose ambition is to dominate the aesthetics industry long term. Visit to see what we're about. What you need Licensed Facial or Full Specialist and/or Electrologist in Florida 2+ years in medical aesthetics Bilingual (English & Spanish) Onsite availability in Doral Responsibilities Perform treatments: Facials, HydraFacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Geneo, RF, and more Laser Tech only: Conduct high-volume laser hair removal with Alexandrite, Diode, and YAG (95% success rate) Build treatment plans targeting $30,000 monthly sales Maintain accurate patient records with photos Ensure cleanliness and organization in the clinic Educate patients on progress and next steps Schedule & availability Full-time or part-time: 3-4 long weekdays (8:30-7:30 or longer as needed) + some Saturdays (10-6:30) Availability is essential; limited availability will not be a fit Compensation & training $23-$26/hour based on licensing (Esthetician, Electrologist, or both) Monthly sales bonus First 90 days are training-intensive; hourly rate will be $20 during this period Bonus is active from day one What you bring Strong hands-on treatment and client care skills Sales drive with track record of results Organization and attention to detail Coachable, ego-control, team mindset Why Perfect B Growth-focused clinic with advanced technology Competitive pay and sales bonuses Training, support, and career development Transparent, no-fluff culture with high standards How to apply Use the application form on Indeed.
