Responsibilities Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Perform spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, and makeup application with precision and care. Deliver professional aesthetic treatments like chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skin care procedures. Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients through clear communication to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and provide personalized recommendations. Promote retail sales by advising clients on skincare products and additional services that complement their treatments. Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat visits. Experience Proven experience in skincare, esthetic laser treatments, facials, body waxing, and other aesthetic procedures. Knowledge of spa services including waxing, makeup application, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion techniques. Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a skincare or spa setting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients. Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products and promote additional services to enhance client satisfaction. Background in cosmetology or related certifications preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
